FIG.00 / OVERVIEW
I build the fastest website your trade has ever had.
No WordPress. No Wix. No page builders. I hand-write the code for roofing, HVAC, and plumbing companies — so the site loads instantly, ranks on Google, and gets read correctly by AI assistants like ChatGPT and Gemini.
This very page: 0 JS frameworks, 1 font file, hand-written top to bottom.
FIG.01 / MODULES
One engineer. Three trades. Built around how your customers actually call you.
Roofing, HVAC, and plumbing customers search, click, and call differently. Pick a trade to see how the build adapts.
Insurance claims move fast. Your galleries shouldn't slow the story down.
- Full-resolution before/after and drone photo galleries that lazy-load without stalling on 4G.
- Storm-damage landing pages structured to rank the moment a hail alert hits your service area.
- Instant quote-request forms that survive spotty job-site signal.
When a furnace dies at 11pm, the fastest site wins the call.
- Emergency repair request forms that load in under a second, even on one bar in a basement.
- Maintenance-plan pages structured so AI assistants can quote your membership pricing correctly.
- Click-to-call buttons pinned to the screen through the entire scroll.
Burst pipes don't wait for your site to finish loading.
- One-tap emergency dispatch buttons above the fold on every page, not buried in a menu.
- Service-area pages written so AI tools can match you to hyper-local searches block by block.
- Before/after repair documentation that builds trust without bloating page weight.
FIG.02 / LOAD SIMULATION
Every second of load time is a customer hitting back.
Drag the slider to simulate load delay on a typical builder-made trade site, and see what happens to hand-written code under the same conditions.
FIG.03 / AI VISIBILITY
AI assistants are the new front page.
When someone asks ChatGPT, Gemini, or Perplexity to find a local contractor, the model has to read your site — not guess at it. Most trade sites are invisible to it.
- No schema markup for services offered
- Service list buried inside a homepage image slideshow
- Headings used for styling, not structure
{
"@type": "Service",
"serviceType": "Tankless Water Heater Repair",
"areaServed": "Your Service Area",
"availableChannel": {
"availableLanguage": "English",
"hoursAvailable": "24/7"
}
}
- Semantic HTML5 landmarks (header, main, section)
- JSON-LD Service & LocalBusiness schema
- Plain-text service list the model can quote directly
FIG.04 / SPEC COMPARISON
Same goal. Very different builds.
Every option can technically get a business "a website." Here's what's actually under the hood.
| Spec | DIY Builder (Wix/Squarespace) | WordPress + Page Builder | Hand-Written by Harsh |
|---|---|---|---|
| Typical mobile load time | 3–6s | 2.5–5s | Under 1s |
| Security patching | Platform-managed | You patch plugins forever | No CMS, nothing to hack |
| AI / schema readability | Minimal | Depends on plugin config | Built in from day one |
| Monthly platform fees | $16–$49/mo | Hosting + plugins add up | $0 platform fees |
| Design ceiling | Template limits | Theme limits | Whatever you can describe |
| Who owns the code | The platform does | Mostly you, tangled in plugins | You, fully and cleanly |
FIG.05 / THE ENGINEER
Behind the code.
I don't build generic template designs, and I don't hide behind a massive agency curtain. I'm a developer who constructs fast digital plumbing for high-ticket local trades.
When I looked closely at the roofing, HVAC, and plumbing landscape, I noticed a painful trend. Hardworking business owners were spending thousands on slow, bloated WordPress sites that bleed visitors every time a customer tries to load them on weak 4G signal at a job site.
I built this system to offer an alternative. By writing code cleanly by hand, removing slow backend servers, and designing layouts with precise structural schema, I ensure your business presents a bulletproof front page to both human callers and modern AI engines.

FIG.07 / DELIVERY SEQUENCE
The Zero-Trust Handover
You get a fast, secure site without ever handing over a single password.
-
STEP 01
Code Compilation
Your entire site is engineered from scratch and deployed to Cloudflare's global edge network, so it loads fast whether your customer is next door or three states away.
-
STEP 02
No Credential Sharing
I never ask for your domain login or hosting passwords. There's nothing to hand over, because there's no legacy platform sitting underneath.
-
STEP 03
DNS Handover
Go-live is a single CNAME record you or your current host adds. The moment it propagates, your new site is live worldwide.
FIG.08 / ENGAGEMENT MODELS

FIG.09 / NOTES
Questions before you commit
Not if it's migrated properly. Existing URLs, redirects, and content are mapped before anything goes live, so search engines see continuity rather than a brand-new, unranked site.
No. You keep your domain wherever it's registered. The only change is a DNS record pointing it at your new site — covered in the Zero-Trust Handover above.
Most single-location builds are ready in 2–4 weeks depending on content readiness and revision rounds. Multi-location builds take longer — scoped during the audit.
No one can honestly guarantee that — and anyone who does is selling you something. What I can guarantee is that your site gives search engines and AI models everything they need to find, understand, and recommend you correctly.
You can go maintenance-free after launch, or stay on under the Growth System for ongoing SEO, content, and monthly reporting. Either way, you own the code.
Most projects are redesigns, not first builds. Content and existing SEO equity get audited and carried over, so the new site starts ahead, not from zero.
FIG.10 / REQUEST AUDIT
Request a system audit
Send over your current site — or tell me you don't have one yet — and I'll walk through what's costing you speed, rankings, and leads. No obligation, about 20 minutes.
